How to Apply Custom Iron-on Labels
- Place the label on the desired position of the garment with the plastic film facing upwards and the printed side against the fabric.
- Set your iron to dry mode at 130–170°C (lower/wool setting).
- Place the iron flat over the label and garment and press for 10–15 seconds.
- Allow the label to cool for approximately 3–4 minutes.
- Slowly peel the plastic backing film from one corner.
- If the print has not properly attached, repeat the heating and cooling process.
Design Guidelines
For the best results, upload artwork without a white background or use a transparent background. You can also use the background-removal option in the design studio.
Avoid very small fonts, tiny text, and extremely thin design elements because these details may not fuse properly during heat application.
